Q1. How do I convert a .dav file to a .avi file?

Q2. When I try to connect to the DVR from my computer that is in the same network as the DVR I cannot get any video.

Q3. On Internet Explorer 8 I have changed the security setting for activex but the Icons on the screen are out of alignment. It looks like the right side of the page is under the video viewing window.

Q4. We installed the camera and we see the power light on but we are not getting any video. What could it be?

Q5. We have an XTS-DVR and the unit shuts down and restarts. It was working fine for several months but now it started doing this.
